Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped on every day of the week. Orders placed after 4 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Delhi NCR India. We do not ship outside of the NCR Region.

Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ensure all baked goods are freshly made and carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@shaloospatisserie.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@shaloospatisserie.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
