Shaloo’s journey began with a simple love for baking in a joint family where food was the centre of all celebrations. An alumni of CJM and a graduate from LSR (Delhi University), Shaloo has pursued a master’s degree in marketing from Regents college in London. Armed with a keen eye for detail and a flair for innovation, Shaloo has received training in baked goods from the prestigious Institut Villa Peirrefeu in Glion, Switzerland. She has honed her baking skills in the OCLD program at the maidens hotel (Oberoi hotels) under chef Tyagi. This tremendous exposure, learning and entrepreneurial fire resulted in the creation of delicacies that are both timeless and trendsetting. Shaloo has worked with St Stephen’s college (delhi university), Dilmah Tea Lounge (New Delhi) .
